It depends. The latest astrophotography is with a 50 cm telescope in the middle of the most densely populated area of Europe: Bonn. And it is on top of a heated building :( The camera I use with it is usually an SBIG STL 6303E coupled with lots of filters (SII, OIII, Ha, L, B, V, R, G, I, U...). The rest are made with a 400D :)
